After seeing a lot of leaks and rummers finally OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro is here. In an online launch event, OnePlus has officially revealed the 2 latest devices.
There are some new features as well as some improved ones than the previous series. Both the phones coming with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC, 5G and high-refresh-rate displays support.
OnePlus 8 overview
OnePlus 8 has a 6.55-inch Fluid AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. This display has a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels. This smartphone is powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC, 5G chipset and runs on OxygenOS 10.0 based on Android 10.
You would get hole-punch display cutouts on this smartphone. The size of the hole punch is too small and present on the left-hand side top corner.
OnePlus 8 houses a triple rear camera setup having 48 MP primary sensor, 16 MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 2 MP macro sensor. There’s no telephoto camera on this phone. For selfies, this phone has a 16 MP primary sensor with auto HDR support.

OnePlus 8 is backed by a 4300 mAh battery that also supports Warp Charge 30T over USB-C. This can charge the battery up to 50% in 30 minutes. There’s no wireless charging support on this model.
It is available in two variants like 8 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage, 12 GB RAM and 256GB storage.
This phone comes in 4 different colors like Onyx Black, Glacial Green (with a matte finish), Interstellar Glow (with a glossy finish), Polar Silver.

OnePlus 8 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant price is set at $699 (roughly Rs. 53,200) and the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage option is set at $799 (roughly Rs. 60,800).
The OnePlus 8 Pro 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant price is set at $899 (roughly Rs. 68,400) and the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model is set at $999 (roughly Rs. 76,000).
The OnePlus Warp Charge 30 Wireless charger is selling additionally and priced at $69.95 (roughly Rs. 5,300).
In the same event, OnePlus also announced its latest wireless headphones. OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z headphones priced at $49.95 (roughly Rs. 3,800). According to the company, these headphones can give 20 hours of battery life on a full charge.
The OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro will be available through OnePlus.com and Amazon starting from April 29th. US Pre-orders start from today.
